In Term 3, the Year 8’s braved the wet and wild weather in Perth City. Students visited the Supreme Court of Western Australia where they watched sentencing in Court and then participated in a mock trial. Students also visited the old Perth Fire Station, where they explored exhibits on natural hazards and took the opportunity to have some fun with the old fire trucks! It was a great opportunity to get out of the classroom and experience what they have been learning about in HASS.
