On Wednesday, 8th May a selection of our Year 8 & 9 girls competed in an interschool AFL carnival. For some girls, this was their first time ever stepping onto an AFL field and playing. We saw a huge improvement throughout the 6 games and were very proud of our girls taking marks, kicks and exhibiting awesome tackling pressure. We came away with a mixture of wins and losses and overall had a great day.
